Veolia Environment Services have quickly responded to a call from Margaret Mullane MP to clear fly tipped materials and cut back overgrown bushes at the Rainham Riverside car park.
A local resident and user of the car park had got in contact with Margaret to point out that the hedgerows at the car park had grown to the point that they were restricting visibility for drivers and were increasing the risk of accidents.
Margaret said “I want to thank Veolia for their quick response to trimming back the hedgerows, which they carried out from 9th to 11th December. They also cleared away fly tipped waste from the car park and nearby.”
