Services are provided to deliver important social outcomes for society, including high quality personalised, integrated, place-based care, health and wellbeing services, and services that tackle social isolation.
Tapestry Hub focuses on prevention by providing activities/services working to prevent, where possible, deterioration of mobility, physical and mental health; access to heathy affordable, food preventing malnutrition or obesity, transport and events bringing people together to prevent loneliness and isolation, information and advice to support peoples financial health and access to benefits.
Currently over 500 people benefit from Tapestry's services across Havering and Barking and Dagenham.
However, within Havering and its surrounding areas there are many more individuals who could benefit from such services. Tapestry's mission is to provide all adults with services and opportunities to enable them to live connected, healthy and fulfilled lives.
